The apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance, has a covered terrace with table for 6 persons. There is a gas grill in the arbor, large table with benches and toilets.

Apartments have satellite antenna, free WiFi and air condition. Parking spaces are located on the property, directly in front of the house. Rules: pets not allowed and smoking is allowed only in the garden and on the terrace.
