This family house with two apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the ground floor is located on a very quiet hill St.Ilija in the village Palit on the island Rab. The pool is located on the edge of the property and from there you have direct views on the sea and the old town. Especially on the evenings. On a beautifully landscaped and fenced property, there is a pool 36 m2 with hydromassage and outdoor shower, which calls for refreshment. Around the pool and in the garden terrace are available chairs and beach umbrellas. With partially covered, shaded and furnished garden terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. Apartment no. 3: Area 90m2, for 4 + 2 persons, two double bedrooms with double beds, we gonna provide you bed linens and towels, the rooms are air-conditioned, each room has its own bathroom (two bathrooms), large equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 persons and living room with air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, refrigerator with freezer, cold water and ice maker. The apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance, has a covered terrace with table for 6 persons. There is a gas grill in the arbor, large table with benches and toilets.
